Room keys malfunctioning!!! No refrigerator in the rooms!!! The hallway situation could use a thorough scrub down!!! Management really needs to fix the lighting issues in the rooms!!!

The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a welcoming experience. I appreciated the cleanliness of the recently refurbished rooms, which were spacious and comfortable.

The noise from the nearby road was disruptive during the night. The elevator was out of order, leading to inconvenience when accessing my room.

Check-in was a breeze, and the room with two double beds offered good comfort, complete with a small couch. However, the elevator had a musty odor, and while breakfast was promised, it fell short of expectations. The lack of reputable television options was also a letdown.

The king suite offered ample space, perfect for maneuverability, especially for anyone needing the accessibility features. The breakfast choices included hearty options like scrambled eggs and bacon, which made mornings more enjoyable.

Unfortunately, the indoor pool hasn't operated for three years since it might have added some leisure opportunities. The location at the end of the hall, far from the elevator, could be inconvenient for those with mobility issues, even if it didn’t affect my stay personally. Some bathroom cleanliness issues, like streaks on the floor, didn’t align with the otherwise clean appearance of the room, leaving a minor dent in the overall experience.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable for family.

Our stay was a complete disaster. The room was filthy, with old carpets and a terrible smell that caused allergies. The bathroom had mold, and there were no clean towels or housekeeping during our two-night stay. To make matters worse, the shower had a dead bug in it, and I had to clean the air filter myself because no one was available to help.

The small kitchenette in our King Room made it so convenient to have late-night snacks, and we loved relaxing in the cozy lounge area with a hot cup of coffee. The breakfast spread was fantastic, especially those waffles! The only downside was the lobby's air freshener, which was a bit overpowering. 😊

This place suits me perfectly! Reliable wi-fi, free parking, and 24-hour reception always ensure a comfortable stay. I recall how the staff helped me find a lost jewel on my first visit. Highly recommend!

Had a great time with friends! We explored the local wineries and did some outlet shopping. The room was spacious, and the beds were comfy. Parking was good, and fresh coffee was always available. Great choice if you're looking for an affordable place to stay and enjoy the area.

One downside was the staff's lack of attention at check-in. We had to wait a while for assistance, which was frustrating especially after a long drive.

The staff were super friendly and made my dog feel like a true star. Even found my lost wallet in the lot, thanks to Mary! Rooms were clean and cozy, but a hot breakfast would've been nice. The fresh lemonade and bagel bar were cool touches though!

the accessible bathtub is great with well-placed handles; however, the staff didn’t greet us, which was disappointing. appreciate the free parking for our convenience.

I loved that I could easily stroll to nearby parks, especially Miller Park, just a few steps away, and enjoy a delicious meal at Ron's Original Bar & Grille, less than a 5-minute walk from the hotel, making my stay very enjoyable as I explored the local area on foot.
